Jasienica [jaɕeˈnit​͡sa] (German: Heinzendorf) is a village and the seat of Gmina Jasienica, Bielsko County, Silesian Voivodeship, southern Poland. It has a population of 4,872 (2009). It lies in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia and was first mentioned in a written document in 1305.

There is a Catholic Saint George Church and also a Lutheran Resurrection of Christ Church in the village.
